This submission is just a quickie to show you something new.
My father has been doing glass graving for almost two years and I asked him to do my first pony vector I made: RD. In this pic you can see 'normal' state and the pic that is lighted up. This is just a prototype (my dad doesn't really know the show), but I'd like to ask your opinion about. What you think guys?

Btw what category does it belong to (I mean glass engraving)?

This is amazing, I had no idea engraved glass did that when lit! Does it need to be lit from a certain angle?

Yeah it is lit from the bottom with a single LED.

Nice! Personally, I don't like the "inverted" eyes, but I know it's inevitable given the way glass engraving works, so if I were to buy one, I would tweak the vector so it looks (finished) like This

And about the category, maybe Artisan Crafts / Glass / Lights & Prisms ?

Thanx for the tip! I realized the mistake, but as I've said it's just a prototype. Next time it'll be better! :D

Glass engravings belong to "Aesthetic Art" among those who work in glass for decors and artistic designs. Your father's work is quite advanced in the fact that most sand blasting machines (which is what your father did, I assume) are machines that are computer-controlled and they only understand that there will be one layer, or level of shading. the fact that there are several shades indicate highly advanced crafts-man or a highly advanced machine that is specifically used for such designs instead of commercial work.

Thanx, but my dad do these arts by hand with a simple device. There is no sand blasting machine. And yeah it's pretty difficult.
